Exchange and Return Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your item was received or dropped off at your nearest parcel shop, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange except in exceptional circumstances.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened & unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of products cannot be returned. Intimate and sanitary products cannot be returned.
Other items that cannot be returned: Gift cards, digital codes and hygiene items.
To initiate the exchange or refund process, please contact us with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item received. The item received must be unopened (in transparent packaging).
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive the first elements by email, a decision will be made on whether to refund or exchange the item. If you return the item, it will be inspected to ensure the packaging is sealed. We will send you an email confirming that we have received it. We will also inform you of our final decision on whether to approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (for example, PayPal).
On average, all refunds are processed within 24-48 hours. However, the refund may take longer depending on your banking partner. (In case of refund by credit card)
You will therefore receive confirmation of the reimbursement at the latest on the bank statement of the following month.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as there may be a significant delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace an item if it is defective or damaged, if it is the wrong item (logistics error) or if it is lost.
If this is the case and you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email using the form here . We will take charge of your case and inform you of its progress.
Gifts
If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.
Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €45, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
