Shipping and Delivery Policy

By choosing My Deserved Rest , you will generally receive your order within the following timeframes:

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed.

Then allow 10 to 30 working days for France and Belgium. (Additional delays possible due to the current health situation included)

We currently deliver to mainland France and Belgium only.

If you have not received your item within 30 business days, please contact us promptly so we can handle your case as efficiently as possible. We will investigate with our various logistics departments and business partners and will notify you within 24-48 hours.

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes international shipping takes longer due to country-specific customs clearance processes.

If the tracking number does not provide us with any information for more than 5 days or informs us of a potential lost package, we offer you the option of a refund or a new item sent without any contribution from you, as stated in our return policy and our T&Cs.
